Dubai, UAE 1 June 2024: The celebrity hangout Carbone will open at Atlantis The Royal in the first quarter of 2025.
The New York-Italian restaurant opened a decade ago in Manhattan and has been praised by major publications ever since. There is also a branch in Riyadh, at Radisson’s Mansard Riyadh hotel.

The restaurant will be the ninth Carbone around the world, joining Hong Kong, Las Vegas, Miami, Dallas, Doha, and two in New York City and Riyadh.
Founded by Mario Carbone, Jeff Zalaznick, and Rich Torrisi, MFG now operates a portfolio of over 50 restaurants, bars, private clubs, and hotels.
