Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is accepting reservations for stays from March 14 2025.
Designed by acclaimed architect Shaun Killa, the visionary behind Dubai’s Museum of the Future, the ultra-luxury resort draws inspiration from a superyacht, joining the Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Beach Hotel as an architectural symbol of Dubai’s evolution.

Together, the three landmarks — wave-shaped, sailboat-inspired, and now superyacht-influenced — represent the emirate’s commitment to innovation and luxury.
Set amidst lush private gardens, the hotel will feature 387 rooms and suites, including four penthouses and 82 luxury hotel apartment suites. The hotel will also offer an expansive wellness sanctuary, five pools, and a 3,500 sq m spa with 13 treatment rooms, offering both mixed and female-only spaces.
Dining at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab will be a social-led experience, with 10 restaurants and nine bars, featuring a diverse portfolio of international chefs.
Described by Jumeirah Group as its “statement property,” Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is poised to set a new benchmark for ultra-luxury hospitality.
Overseeing the resort is managing director Harun Dursun, an industry leader with over 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality. With a background in exclusive ultra-luxury destinations, Dursun will manage the hotel, superyacht marina, residences, and a curated selection of dining and lifestyle experiences, ensuring a world-class standard of service.
Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab has already made headlines with the record-breaking sale of one of its four penthouses for AED 420 million (US$114 million)—the most expensive apartment ever sold in Dubai.
Spanning 24,628 sq ft, the penthouse features a private pool, a dedicated lobby, and two private lifts. Sold through Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty, the residence offers 360-degree ocean views, including an unobstructed panorama of the Burj Al Arab.
